The Thief his Wife and the Canoe is an ITV drama based on the true life story of John Darwin, who faked his own death so that he and his wife Anne could claim life insurance payouts to start a new life in Panama. PRODUCTION DESIGNER: DAMIEN CREAGH
The Easmon family living in London in 1985 sees their quiet life disrupted when their relative from Sierra Leone moves in. For this period comedy I created lots of artwork based on real posters, looking closely at printing techniques of the period and cleared real brands to recreate their packaging, to give period detail that viewers who lived through it would recognise.
